If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Joe’s Airport Parking’s relationship with you in relation to this website. Please read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy as they provide important information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than in court. By using this Website, booking reservations or contacting our agents or employees, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

The term ‘Joe’s Airport Parking’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 707 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 4700, Los Angeles CA 90017. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following Terms of Use: The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. Joe’s Airport Parking reserves the right to periodically change or add information to this website. Information and improvements are subject to change without notice. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access of this Website to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to violation(s) of these Terms and Conditions. Any abuse of JoesAirportParking.com may result in the termination of your account at our discretion.

Your use of any information or materials on the Joe’s Airport Parking website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. It is your responsibility to discontinue use of this website if you are dissatisfied with its contents.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You possess the legal authority to make a binding legal obligation (such as a reservation)
All information you supply and/or share on this website is true, current, complete and accurate
You will inform any third party person(s) you make reservations for of these Terms and Conditions
If you have an account with Joe’s Airport Parking that you will safeguard your information so it cannot be used by an unauthorized party

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. It is your responsibility to discontinue use of this website if you are dissatisfied with its contents.

You agree to defend and indemnify The L&R Group of Companies (TLRGC), it’s officers, directors, employees, suppliers and agents from and against any claims, demands, damages, recoveries, losses, fines, penalties or other expenses of any nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees brought on by third parties as a result of 1) your breach of these Terms of Use; 2) your violation of any law in regards to TLRGC or third parties; 3) your use of this Website.

This Website is proprietary to TLRGC. The content and infrastructure used to provide information is proprietary to us and any third-party providers we utilize herein. By using this Website, you agree not to modify, copy, transmit, display, distribute reproduce, publish, license, sell or re-sell or transfer any information, products, services or software from or through this Website. You also agree not to do any of the following: Use this Website or contents for any commercial purpose, make any fraudulent reservations; Use any automated means such as robots, spiders or site scrapers to access, copy or monitor any content or information on this website without express written permission from TLRGC; bypass or circumvent any measures we deploy to prevent or limit access to this Website including robot exclusions; take any action that, in our discretion, may overload or impose on our infrastructure; use “frames” or any other means to incorporate our website into any other website without express written permission from TLRGC; Deep-link to any portion of this website for any purpose without our express written permission.

Joe’s Airport Parking reserves the right to cancel any service reservations associated with your name, email address or account information if your booking or account shows any sign of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity. Joe’s reserves the right to take any necessary legal action if you conduct or have conducted any fraudulent activity. In such case you may be liable for any monetary losses to Joe’s Airport Parking, including litigation costs and damages. Contact Joe’s customer service to contest any booking cancelation or freezing or closure of an account.

Reservation Policy: Reservations at Joe’s Aiport Parking can be made via JoesAirportParking.com. Our lowest rates are available through both platforms, and reservations are based on the number of days booked, the parking option you choose and the current online rate offered by location. For your reservation, you will receive one parking space. Reservations are highly recommended versus drive-up, especially during the holidays and other peak travel times.

Upon completing the online reservation, you will be served a completed reservation page. You must print this confirmation page or have your confirmation email ready to show the cashier.

Each online reservation will be processed at time of reservation and charged to the credit card you specified when making the reservation. Cancelations can be made up to your designated check-in time by calling Joe’s Airport Parking or going to your reservation and choosing “cancel reservation”. A refund will be issued to the credit card you used to make your reservation.

Overstay billing: Pricing is valid for the time specified at time of reservation and based on a 24-hour period. The number of days (24-hour periods) when you pre-book is what is initially charged to your credit card. If actual entry and exit time changes from that specified in your reservation upon time of booking and your elapsed time in our parking lot runs into another 24-hour period, you will be charged for an additional 24-hour period at posted (drive-up) rates by the cashier upon exit.

Prepaid cancelation policy: Cancelations can be made up to your designated check-in date/time by calling Joe’s Airport Parking via our Contact Us page or canceling your reservation on our lookup page. A refund will be issued to the credit card you used to make your reservation.

Prepaid cancelation policy older than 120 days: We cannot give an electronic refund for canceled reservations older than 120 days from the transaction date. Instead, Joe’s will issue a refund check via mail. Please contact customer support.

Refund policy: All sales from reservations for any services are final. Any requests for a refund must be submitted in writing, with detailed information including name, address, daytime phone number, and any supporting documentation. The request should be mailed to: Joe’s Airport Parking Headquarters 707 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 4700, Los Angeles CA 90017 and will be reviewed. Refund requests will be reviewed by management, and if granted, will be refunded in the form of cashier’s check. This process may take 14 days or longer. Under no circumstances is the Joe’s Airport Parking facility employee allowed or able to grant refunds at any time. Failure to follow policy, reversing or disputing credit card charges will be deemed theft of services and will require legal action on the part of Joe’s Aiport Parking and local authorities.

Edit reservation policy: Edits to reservations can be made on JoesAirportParking.com up to your designated check-in time. You can access your reservation by clicking on the modify/cancel link to enter in your reservation number and last name. Note when modifying a reservation, your current reservation will be refunded and a new reservation will be created and billed. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the original reservation refund to post to your bank/credit card account.

Promo code use parameters: Promotional codes are active only for the time period specified with each code. Please see the fine copy for each individual code. Code entry is required during the online reservation process. Promotional email codes are only valid with bookings made through the “Book Now” button of the email. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Joe’s rates and fees are changed on a 24-hour basis. When your travel enters into a new 24-hour window, you are charged for a new 24 hours. Your credit card is charged in full at the time that you make your reservation. No refund will be issued for unused days. Reservations cannot be modified or canceled after the scheduled reservation time and no refund will be issued. If you have an overstay on a reservation that has already been paid, you will be asked to pay the additional amount at the time of check out for the posted (drive-up) rates listed at the location. Discounted rates and promotions do not apply to days stayed beyond the reservation date/time.

Payment options: Reservations online require a valid credit or debit card in your name. If you choose to drive into the facility without a reservation, the cashier will take a valid debit or credit card, or cash at time of exit. No checks can be honored.

Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of the United States on a US credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website. In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed if the bank that issued your credit card is located outside of the United States. Booking international travel may be considered to be an international transaction by the bank or card company, since Joe’s Airport Parking may pass on your payment to an international travel supplier. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.

You may disable cookies using your Internet browser settings. Please consult your browser’s help function for information on how to disable cookies. Note that if you disable cookies, certain features of our Web Sites may not function properly.

Anyone wishing to do so can opt-in to receive promotional emails from Joe’s Airport Parking. Emails are sent about every two weeks and may contain special offers and/or travel tips. Opt-in users can unsubscribe from Joe’s Airport Parking email at any time by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.

All customers using the online reservation system agree to give permission to Joe’s Airport Parking to contact them via email and/or phone regarding their reservation(s).

Joe’s Aiport Parking serves one (1) airport:
Los Angeles International (LAX) – Los Angeles, CA

Self-Park: Self-park option with or without online reservation allows you to drive into the designated self-park area and take a ticket, which will time-stamp your arrival time. Self-parkers will either find or be directed to a self-parking space, and will be expected to roll up windows, close sun-roofs, close trunks or hatches, lock their car and take their keys, belongings and luggage. Some self-parking spaces will have a number, which should be noted by the self-parker at the time of parking, so that upon return arrival, you can alert the shuttle driver to your space number. Self-park customers will exit the parking lot via the cashier booth, and either present a printed pre-paid reservation or pay upon exit. While Joe’s Aiport Parking makes every effort to keep your car safe, we cannot be responsible for criminal acts by third parties. Please park in a designated space, otherwise we reserve the right to move any vehicle blocking entry or exit of shuttle buses or other vehicles. Recreational vehicles are allowed, but use of toilet facilities and other full functionality is prohibited while you are parked at our facility.

Self-Park Parking Contract/Limits of Liability:
“THIS CONTRACT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY – READ IT. Customer and company agree as follows: This contract licenses you to park and lock one vehicle in a designated area at your sole risk and posted rates. Company does not guard or assume care, custody or control of your vehicle or its contents and is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss. Only a license to park is granted and no bailment created. YOU PARK YOUR CAR AT YOUR SOLE RISK; YOU AGREE to LOCK YOUR CAR. THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR POSSESSIONS AND THE CONTENTS OF YOUR VEHICLE. YOU AGREE TO THE POSTED RATES AND OPERATION HOURS. ANY VEHICLE LEFT AT JOE’S AIRPORT PARKING (OR APPLICABLE FACILITY) FOR MORE THAN 90-DAYS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO TOW AND IMPOUND AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. THIS CONTRACT CANNOT BE AMENDED OR ASSIGNED. THIS IS THE ENTIRE CONTRACT. CUSTOMER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS CONTRACT.”

ANY VEHICLE LEFT AT WALLYPARK (OR APPLICABLE FACILITY) FOR MORE THAN 90-DAYS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO TOW AND IMPOUND AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. THIS CONTRACT CANNOT BE AMENDED OR ASSIGNED. THIS IS THE ENTIRE CONTRACT. CUSTOMER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS CONTRACT.

The information, products, services or software published on this Website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. Joe’s Aiport Parking and TLRGC do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for errors or other inaccuracies relating to descriptions of services, pricing, service offerings or photography published on this Website. Joe’s reserves the right to correct any service or pricing errors on our Website and/or reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to maintain your reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.

Joe’s Aiport Parking makes no guarantees about the availability of ancillary services, parking options or pricing. Joe’s reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to this Website at any time. All information, software products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. TLRGC and Joe’s Airport Parking and our suppliers and partners disclaim all warranties and conditions that this website, its servers or any email sent from Joe’s or our partners are free of viruses or other harmful components. Joe’s Aiport Parking and our partners hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular response, title and non-infringement.
